Our Team

Emma,

Trail Riding Manager

Emma has been riding before she could walk and got her first horse at 10 years old. She started training in natural horsemanship and was featured in the Parelli Natural Horsemanship Magazine as one of the youngest level one students. She was more balanced on a horse than her own two feet, and that is true to this day!

Emma is passionate about what she does and works hard with the other wranglers to ensure you have a most memorable experience. She has been working with Serenbe Trailriding for the past 5 years and has spent the majority of her time rehabilitating and training the rescue horses that are now strong members of the trail team.

She values each horse and strives to give each of them a second chance, and believes that the people who come to ride play a key part in giving the horses the love and attention they deserve. Stop by the barn to meet our incredible horse and wrangler team!

Gina,

Wrangler

Gina grew up learning  the importance of loving and respecting family, nature and horses. She spent many summers camping and exploring the Colorado Rockies on horseback and showing in the local 4-H group.  As she  raised her family, riding took a back seat but the love of horses never left her heart.

Gina believes that horses have a way to make our lives better, and horses can teach us how to forgive, how to love, and how to live! She is passionate about sharing her love for horses with the community.  Gina is certified as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor and her favorite part about teaching lessons is watching the students gain confidence with themselves and with their horse. Creating a bond and memories that will last a lifetime.

Kristen,

Wrangler

I first started riding horses when I was 4 years old at my godparents farm where they showed me first hand what it was like to love horses. I grew up riding in my free time and took any chance I could get to be around horses, When I’m not at Serenbe, you can find me hitting the books at the local libary as I’m halfway through getting my nursing degree!

Madison,

Wrangler

Madison started taking riding lessons at the age of 7 through her local 4-H club where she learned the basics of equitation and dressage. From there, she moved up and rode competitively for 4 years, showing in hunter jumpers, equitation, and dressage. Madison loves going to support local horse shows, especially since her younger sister shares the same enthusiasm for horses!

One of her favorite things about being a wrangler is that she can share her love for horses with so many people that come to visit our sweet trail ponies at Serenbe.

Crystal, Head Wrangler

Cystal rode some as a girl, but wasn’t around horses again until she was an adult. Crystal has had issues with anxiety and depression and something triggered her to remember how calm and confident she was on horseback. She has been taking lessons and riding regularly now! Crystal prefers riding western but takes English lessons to be a well rounded rider. She is currently attending Post Univerity to get her bachelors in Equine Studies. Her husband is a firefighter for the City of Atlanta, and their goal is for him to retire, move out west and run a small farm…so Crystal can put her bachelors degree to work!

Horses see inside us and soothe our souls. Crystal wants to always be surrounded by them. Horses help us more than we could ever imagine. She is most confident and at peace on the back of a horse or in nature.

Morgen,

Wrangler

If you ever need someone to talk to or make you feel important, Morgen is the one to call. She is always looking to have a good time and surrounds herself with people and animals she knows she can count on. Morgen is a dedicated dog mom, and just graduated with her education degree! She spends the majority of her time assisting students who are in need of extra assistance so that they too feel special and attended to. In Morgen’s spare time you will find her at the barn loving on the horses and giving the guests a wonderful riding expereince.
